I started working in real estate brokerage in 1998.

At the time, a young and ambitious student of organization and commercial, with some retail experience, entered the real estate market and combined all of the acquired knowledge - from human psychology, positive thinking, and communication, with a social sense and a desire to assist people with their daily challenges and life situations.

Since I've been an active and positive person, this type of work (particularly working with people) completely sucked me in, and I still enjoy it every day. The greatest satisfaction comes from a satisfied client.

I got my first "license" as a real estate agent in 1998 from Gea College, and in 2004 I paseed my professional exam (license) from the Ministry of the Environment.

What about concern for knowledge and personal development?

I am constantly improving and educating myself, as well as keeping up with market trends and personal development. As a result, I gained a wealth of knowledge in the areas of personal development, energy, and a variety of other skills (astrology, numerology, UFOs, energy training, etc ...).

In business and in my personal life, I am committed to high moral and ethical standards! That is why I am especially pleased that customers continue to return to us. And that is proof that we are on the right track.

Katja Zupan - Real estate agent

I enjoy new challenges, dynamic work, and, most importantly, interacting with others. After graduating from high school, I chose to study Economics at the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana, which I completed and graduated from in 2009. Throughout and after my studies, I gained valuable experience in sales and working with people. In 2016, I had the opportunity to learn more about the work of a real estate agent, which immediately impressed me.

Buying a home is one of the biggest and most important steps in almost everyone's life, and knowing that I can assist someone in obtaining a new home, for which life savings are frequently "at stake," is well worth the effort. Similarly to buying, selling a property that has been in the family for many years and has both monetary and emotional value is difficult for the owner. A good real estate agent is not only professional, but also understands clients on a personal level.

In 2017, I obtained a Real Estate Broker license from the Ministry of the Environment in accordance with the Real Estate Brokerage Act.

After completing my license, I spent almost one year training in the field of real estate brokerage under the mentorship of Karmen Vidmar. Her experience in this field have helped me a lotand I have gained enough knowledge in one year to be able to conduct business on my own. However, because we learn throughout our lives, I am grateful to be able to turn to the person who introduced me to this type of work and who continues to assist me and share her knowledge and experience with me.
